We’d like to inform you of a possible service disruption that may occur at Canada Post as early as Saturday, July 2. In the event of a service disruption, Canada Post will not deliver any mail and will not accept any new items.
Please check back on Monday, July 4, when we will post an update on the status of the service disruption. Until then, please do not mail any transcripts or documents to ontariocolleges.ca through Canada Post.

If you have requested transcripts electronically through your application, you are not impacted by this service disruption.
If you have not already mailed your transcripts / documents to ontariocolleges.ca, please wait until Monday when we know the full impact of the service disruption before you mail anything.

If you have recently mailed your transcripts / documents to ontariocolleges.ca and they do not appear on your application as of Monday, July 4, you may need to re-send them to us by courier.
Canada Post has stated that any mail already within the postal system will be secured and delivered once operations resume.
