Our office and call centre are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET. We are closed on statutory holidays.

We do offer extended hours for email and telephone services during peak application processing times, such as around the Equal Consideration Date. These hours will be posted on our Contact Us page as the time approaches.

OCAS stands for Ontario College Application Service, which is the corporate brand for our organization used by our stakeholders (high schools, school boards and colleges). Ontariocolleges.ca is the brand name we use for our customers - our applicants.

We don't offer career counselling. To talk about your options, speak to a high school guidance cousellor, contact a career counsellor at one of the colleges, or use the career planning tools offered by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development.
