La Cité collégiale is located just a few kilometres from downtown Ottawa. Canada’s Capital offers both the perks of a big city (shopping, international cuisines and entertainment) and plenty of parks, bike trails, and outdoor activities.

Ottawa is very welcoming of the many students who live there. An award-winning transit system gives students easy access to arts and theatre events, as well as to attractions such as the historical ByWard Market (a restaurant, shopping and nightclub hub).

Because La Cité collégiale is a smaller institution, making new friends and getting to know classmates is easy. You can also get the most out of your classes, with a lower student-to-teacher ratio.

La Cité collégiale’s athletic activities are a great way for students to stay active while also getting to know their peers. Intercollegial sports include volleyball, basketball and soccer, and a variety of recreational sports are also available.

La Cité collégiale’s residence can house up to 251 occupants and offers a safe and clean environment for students. It features 24-hour security, a non-smoking environment and fully furnished and air-conditioned rooms. Each room has a double bed, desk, chair and armoire. Each unit features telephone, cable and Internet, as well as a kitchen unit and a common area. The building is fully accessible and includes units reserved for students with physical disabilities.
