Loyalist College of Applied Arts and Technology is committed to helping its students find great jobs after graduation by equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to enter the workforce; a goal they meet not only through academics, but through community involvement and personal development.

A strong and experienced faculty delivers career-oriented programs at the apprenticeship, certificate, diploma, degree and post-graduate level, with programs that vary in length. Many of the college’s full-time programs are also available as part-time studies, so students can learn at their own pace.

Loyalist College, Belleville
Belleville is a beautiful city, full of sandy beaches, stunning parks, conservation areas and walking trails for those who love the great outdoors. Loyalist itself is located within walking distance of the Bay of Quinte, a hotspot for tourists and those who love being on the water.

Known as “The Friendly City”, Belleville is a community full of history, arts and theatre, live music and more, and is welcoming of all tastes and interests.

Loyalist Students

Loyalist Student Life
Athletics, student government and program-related organizations are a big part of student life at Loyalist. A number of scheduled events give students the opportunity to socialize and enjoy the complete college experience, while recreational and varsity sports help students stay active at any skill level.

Loyalist's 11,000-square-foot Student Activity Centre gives students a place to relax on campus, housing six televisions, a big screen for movies, pool tables and an outdoor patio. Students can also enjoy the Club 213 restaurant and student pub, the Shark Tank.

Loyalist Student Housing
Loyalist’s five residences are situated on-campus and are only minutes away from the downtown area. Together, they accommodate 476 students in six-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment style units. Arrangements can be made for cable and internet service in the bedrooms.

Each bedroom contains a twin bed, desk, chair, dresser and bookshelf. A common kitchen and dining area includes a stove, fridge and microwave, as well as a dining table and chairs, two love seats and a coffee table.
