On July 18, 2020, ontariocolleges.ca will be introducing a new domestic college application experience!
Rest assured, your account and your application won’t be changing - and you’ll still use your current username (the email address you signed up for the account with) and password to sign on.
But whether you’re logging in from a computer, your phone, or another device, you’ll find a fresh new look, user-friendly experience, and new features and information to help you complete your application with ease.
Here’s just a sample of what you can expect when you log in for the first time:
The first place you’ll land after you log in will be your dashboard, where you’ll be able to access key information at a glance. The dashboard allows you to access any part of your application easily, and the quick links at the bottom make it simple to find answers to common questions.
The enhanced navigation side-panel makes it is easy to find your way around, and will help you jump between sections of your application and the different application cycles.
Viewing supporting documents
If you’ve already completed your application and have any supporting documents like transcripts, resumes, or proof of citizenship attached to your account, you’re now able to access them in one convenient place – the Supporting Documents section.
If you order transcripts after we switch over to the new application, you will also be able to monitor the progress of your request under the Transcript Request page. Once the order is complete, your transcript will be added to your Supporting Documents page.
Simplified transcript ordering
We’ve heard from applicants that requesting transcripts is one of the most difficult parts of the current application process. To alleviate this, we’ve simplified the flow and have made it easier to identify the transcripts you’ll need as part of your application.
