Update – Canada Post Service Disruption

Canada Post is currently undergoing a rotating postal service disruption, impacting several locations across Canada. In the affected areas, Canada Post will not deliver or pick up any mail for 24 hours. Canada Post will continue to accept and deliver mail in all other locations.

We will continue to provide updates on the status of the service disruption as more information becomes available. In the meantime, please do not mail any transcripts or documents to ontariocolleges.ca through Canada Post.

You will not be impacted by the postal service disruption.

  • If you have not already mailed your transcripts / documents to ontariocolleges.ca, please send them to us by courier.

    Visit our Transcripts page to determine which transcripts / documents are required for your application.

  • If you have recently mailed your transcripts / documents to ontariocolleges.ca and they do not appear on your application as of Monday, October 22, you may need to re-send them to us by courier.

    Canada Post has stated that any mail already within the postal system will be secured and delivered once operations resume.
