Canada Post Service Disruption
Last updated: November 15, 2024
Canada Post’s delivery workers have taken legal job action, resulting in a nationwide postal service disruption. Visit the Canada Post website for the latest updates on the situation.
Canada Post will not process mail, deliver mail, or accept new items until service resumes. In the meantime, do not mail transcripts or supporting documents to ontariocolleges.ca through Canada Post.
Review the following scenarios to find out what to do if you are affected by the postal service disruption:
If you have requested transcripts electronically through your application, you are not impacted by the Canada Post service disruption.
If you have not already sent us your transcripts or supporting documents:
Visit the Transcripts and Supporting Documents pages to find out more about the various transcripts or supporting documents you may need to submit with your application. You’ll find other options for sending us your documents on these pages.
If you recently mailed transcripts or supporting documents to us through Canada Post:
Canada Post has stated that any mail already within the postal system will be secured and delivered once operations resume. However, it’s not possible to predict how long the service disruption will last.
If your transcripts or documents do not appear on your application soon, we recommend that you re-send them to us another way. Visit the Transcripts and Supporting Documents pages to learn about other options for submitting your documents.
